5 HTP

5-HTP (L 5-Hydroxytryptophan) is the intermediate metabolite of the essential amino acid L-Tryptophan and the immediate end precursor in the biosynthesis of 5-hydroxy-tryptamine, which along with dopamine and norephinephrine are the three main monoamine neurotransmitters. Consider to increase serotonin production for insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, sugar cravings, appetite suppression, chronic and tension headaches, depression, moodiness, fibromyalgia, obesity, and aggressiveness.

Ingredients: L5-Hydroxy-Trytophan 50 mg
