Although colds are neglected as trivial everyday ailments, they should not be neglected as they could lead to more serious illness. Coughing is a symptom that occurs during the course of most diseases of the respiratory organs.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years 4 tablets;  children (6-11 years) 2 tablets; children (1-5 years) 1 tablet, all ages take 4 times daily away from meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. 
For children under 5 years of age, dissolve tablet in water.

Ferrum phosphoricum 3 X
Kali muriaticum 3 X
Magnesia phosphorica 3 X
Natrum muriaticum 3 X
Natrum sulphuricum 3 X
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Croscarmellose sodium, monohydrate lactose, magnesium stearate.
