How Can I Pay For The Products?
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon picking and packing the order.
Sales tax and shipping charges will be added if your order is being shipped to the address on your Order Confirmation.
Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.
If your order is to be picked up at the store, we will charge your credit card at the time that the order has been packaged and ready for pickup.
We will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready and that your credit card has been charged.
If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to your shelf and credit your credit card for the amount of the order minus a $5.00 restocking charge.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Sales taxes are applied to all shipments within Canada.
No sales taxes are applied to shipments outside Canada.
If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.
What Happens if the product I ordered is not in Stock?
The good news is that majority of the products listed on our site are in stock, however some products need to be specially ordered from the manufacturer.
In this case it will normally will take 1-3 business days for us to receive the order from the manufacturer (provided it is in their stock).
Special Orders
We specialize in rare and hard to find products and have access to many products that are not listed on our site.

Return Policy
Refunds are provided for returned and unopened products with receipt and restocking fee of 25% will be applied.
We will not accept any returns after 30 days from shopping date (some exceptions may apply).
Refunds are not applicable on special orders and opened products.

What are your shipping methods?
Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules.
We use the Canada Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.
Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request.
Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.
We offer international shiping. Please contact us for rates outside USA/Canada.
If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt.
Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.
Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency.
All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg).
