Indications: Used to calm nervous tension, anxiety, irritability and sleep difficulty associated with endocrine disturbances

Two (2) capsules supply:
Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) 30 mg
Proprietary Blend 700 mg
Cimicifuga racemosa (root), Passiflora incarnata (flower), Melissa officinalis (leaves)

Suggestion: Two (2) capsules taken 1 hour before bedtime as a dietary supplement or as otherwise recommended by a healthcare professional.
