Medicinal use:
People take Labrador tea for sore throat, chest congestion, coughs, lung infections, and other chest ailments. They also take it for diarrhea, kidney problems, joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), headache.

Directions: 
To make an infusion, pour one cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of labrador herb and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
